As the new year begins, I would like to take this opportunity to thank you for your continued support and enthusiasm to read words of “inspiration”! It is your loving and heart-centered comments in this newsletter that inspire me to continue bringing you words of wisdom throughout the year!

We have just crossed the threshold of a new year, a time of letting go and saying goodbye…and also a time of welcoming and embracing the new experiences that are being brought to us. This is a time of choosing who we will be this coming year and choosing how we will live out our purpose on our journey.

During this time period, I would encourage each of you to select two or three words that will guide you in how you choose to be in 2011. An example would be if you were to choose Expectation and Compassion. A brief summary of what these words mean is as follows:

Expectation: staying out of “outcome” for yourself and others; trusting that how things evolve is for the highest good.

Compassion: holding nothing but love and compassion for others as they go through their journey, trusting that each of us is doing the very best that we can in any given moment, in any given circumstance.

As you consider this new year, what words will you choose to help remind you of who you want to be in 2011?
